What is the delivery time?

Please calculate an order processing time of 1-4 business days in addition to shipping times.

Quebec and Ontario: $9.99 (standard delivery 2 to 4 business days) or $15.99 (express delivery 1 to 2 business days). For socks, delievery without tracking number by Canada Post is offered for 2$.

Other provinces of Canada: $18.99 (2 to 9 business days). For socks, delievery without tracking number by Canada Post is offered for 2$.

US and International: The price and delivery time will be calculated automatically based on your location at checkout.

Free shipping on all orders over $150 before taxes (Canada and USA only).

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order only if it has not been processed. Please send us an email with thoses informations:

Are there custom fees for an international order?

GrowActiv is not responsible for custom fees and taxes that may be applicable on certain international orders. These fees are charged by the importing country (your country) and you must pay them when you receive your order.

What size is appropriate for my body type?

To find the appropriate size for you, please refer to our size chart as well as our models. Mia is wearing size small for the top and bottom and Chloe is wearing size large for the top and bottom.

How to become an ambassador for GrowActiv?

Being part of our ambassador program means being part of our community, but above all, of our family. You can apply here, no minimum followers required.

Where are your factories located?

Our clothing suppliers are located in China for several reasons. Contrary to what we may think, China has several suppliers specializing in activewear with several ethical certifications such as BSCI and ISO900 certification. We have validated with the available means that our suppliers respect their employees and that they have adequate working qualities according to our standards. We were able to virtually visit the factory to meet several team members and to have constant support from our suppliers.

Since we are new to the process of creating clothing and tech-packs, we had constant support from them and access to their expertise. Please refer to our section on sustainable development to learn more about our factories.

Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes, it's possible to pick up your order at the warehouse. It's important to note that your order must be placed at least 48 hours prior to your pickup to allow time for us to process your order. Orders can be picked up on Tuesdays only, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. If you have chosen to pick up at the warehouse but are no longer available, write us an email as soon as possible at info@growactiv.com. In addition, you will have 4 weeks to pick up your order from the date of confirmation. Otherwise, we will contact you to ship your order and you will have to pay the shipping costs.

Do I have to pay the shipping costs to exchange my item?

During an exchange process, you will have to pay the costs to return your item to GrowActiv. However, we will bear the costs to send you the new item.

I received a defective item, what should I do?

Unfortunately with textiles, this can happen. We inspect all of our items before shipping them out, but we may have missed an imperfection. Please note that we will do EVERYTHING we can to quickly resolve the situation so you can be satisfied <3

As soon as you receive an item and determine that it is defective, email us at info@growactiv.com. You have up to seven days after receiving your order to contact us. Please include this information in the email:

This information will allow us to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. If the situation is accepted, we will send you a shipping label to return the defective item to us, so we can send you a new one. Please note that we assume all shipping costs related to a defective item.

For items worn for a longer period of time, email us at info@growactiv.com explaining the situation. We are not responsible for any problems after your wear the item. However, we take these situations on a case-by-case basis. We will therefore assess your situation to see what we can do to satisfy you <3
